Yep it scrolls nicely.
This layout is best viewed in an IE5.5+ browser with 800x600 and above screen resolutions. Also looks normal on an Opera 7 browser. Can't say what it looks like in Mozilla because I don't have that one O.o...
Font for the title is called Times New Roman. Times New Roman can be found on your hard drive. There's pretty much a large space to type on and the fonts are big enough to read in higher resolutions. This layout features artwork of the bishonen, Dark Mousey, from the anime DN Angel. Picture was found at Anime Visions. The icon provided was made by Andi of Eclisped Moon Studios...no stealing.
Unzip files to a directory. Open index.html and edit away. Comments are placed in the source for ease of use. It's assumed that people downloading this layout already know HTML and CSS so everything is pretty much self-explanatory. Layout comes with a CSS file, 015.css, so you can change any elements of this layout.
This layout is available only as linkware. The copyright info is already in place. If you want to use this layout, do not delete it. The credit link should be on every page of your site where this layout is used. Also, do not edit and/or change the graphics on this layout..period. Do not use these graphics on another layout. Technical support will be given to those who agree to the said terms.
